Dave Grohl’s wallpapers I made back in 2011. I probably uploaded both here already, but there is no such thing as too much Dave Grohl in your dash.

The idea is Ruby’s holding a gem containing Sam’s soul. I had some great feedback from , , and also  (who pretty much gave me the idea with our little chat about my Ruby/Sam artwork ([link])

I used 4 different pics (from sankaku and celebritycity) to create a base. Sketchbook designer, psp and SAI to do the work. Eventual vectors from Shutterstock and, again, magical brush by . I really loose the track of the time I spent, because I have lots of things to study and worked on the picture every 15 free minutes I had these last weeks. Textures found around the web.

If you look closely, Sam’s eye is inside the Gem, representing his soul. I just had to add something referring him in the pic ^^.

A bunch of old (2008/2007) DC pin-ups. My lines were even shakier than the lines I do today, lol.

All digital, all used tons of references and things from scrap books, vetors and resources.

One my sexy monsters girls, from 2011, we have Mummy girl. I really loved how blasé she looks,lol.

The pose is inspired by a classic Gil Elvgreen Pin-up. The headpiece/hairstyle was inspired by Liz Taylor’s look in Cleopatra movie. The lingerie is quite modern, but who know what mummies hide under all the bandages?

4 days od work, using Sketchbook Designer and Pain Tool SAI. The vectors are mostly from Shutterstock, the ancient paper,lingerie patterns and laces came from scrapbook kits.

If I was Ruby, Sam would be my favorite toy indeed ^^.

I really liked the idea of Sam being pairing with a badass Demon. The love/hate thing. Both of them are holding their weapons, but they don’t really wanna to use them…

I decided to portrait blonde-Ruby, because she was so cool. And I liked Ruby more in Katie Cassidy days (sorry Genevieve Cortese fans all around!).

2 days of work, using Sketchbook Designer and Paint Tool SAI. The base was created using five or six different pics. It started as realistic-ish, and I took a cartoon-ish take from the half to the end.

Vectors used by Shutterstock. The amazing Colt came from Vintage Vectors. Other refs by Sankaku and Celebrity City.

Let’s see… The inicial ideal was made by hand, and later I mix my drawing to other ref pics to redo her using sketchbook pro. So it was edited/colorized using PSPX and SAI. I googled the scale and made it using Illustrator. Yes, i love to use a ton of softwares.

Overall, around 6 hours of work, in different days. Eventual vectors (as the floor and the wall, the butterfly in her hair) from shutterstock an such, edited by me.

It’s december, so… Merry xmas to all my followers!! The original (left) and the hipsterized version (right).

This picture is a mix of vectors found around the internet, my own sketch and things from my backup.

I’m testing a new software called Manga Studio, and this is what I used to create the lineart of this pic. The colors were added using PSPX, as the other effects. I used a Jared Padalecki’s pic just because he’s my fave reference ^^.

2 hours between everything. I still have to add the shadows and make other minor adjustments, but not tonight - my head hurts >:P.

Today the artwork is a digital one… A Dave Grohl Wallpaper for all Foo Fighters fans around (Just like me :D!)
